I'm writing to express my gratitude and admiration for your agent. Recently, my aging aunt had to replace her expired Ford retirement medical benefits, and in her condition, was unable to tackle the task on her own. As her closest relative and living a long distance away (Atlanta), I thought this would be a daunting and difficult process.
Fortunately, your agent came to the rescue in a big way. From her initial visit to my aunt through signup and follow up, she was both a consummate professional and a caring provider. She went out of her way to explain everything to my aunt, was very responsive to her needs, and stayed in constant contact with me as we navigated these difficult waters. She always kept me in the loop, and took every extra effort needed to insure my aunt got the best policy and understood exactly how to use her new insurance for her medical and prescription needs.
She visited my aunt again yesterday to work on managing prescription refills and applying for benefits. She also sent me copies of everything so I can monitor this coverage, and even called yesterday after the visit to summarize all that had been done.
Rarely do we find such superb customer service these days, and I feel that your agent takes this service to a higher plane with care and thorough follow up. You are indeed fortunate to have such a great person working for you!
